“Buddies, can you spare us a dime?”

Even these poor people are looking for something to send!

Friends, I can stand it no longer. Tuesday is approaching! How can we stand by and allow America to go bankrupt? How can we ignore its pitiful plight, its incredible suffering. It’s like watching a whole nation being water-boarded!

I mean, it can’t tax the wealthy because that’s sacrilege in America, the home of the 1000 billionaire Oligarchs and Plutocrats. And it can’t stop warring and spending zillions on armaments, warships, and fancy fighter jets because that’s in its genetic code and these things must be accepted (just like a glutton is compelled to over-eat and a bully is compelled to bash up anyone he can get his hands on). Judge not that ye be not judged!

So what is America to do? How can it save the world and lift countries like Iraq and Afghanistan up, turn them into functioning democracies, ha, ha, ha, (for those who survive the invasions and occupation, that is)?. How can it continue to lavish money and armaments on the peaceable, generous Israelis if its wallet is empty? How can it prop up all manner of despots and crooked Kings if its purse has only moths in it? How can it keep its war industries going 24 hours a day, seven days a week to provide rich investors with profitable returns?

There is only one thing to do. We must send money to the White House.  We must send a lot of money to the White House. It can be in the form of cheques, money orders, notes, coins, whatever. IOUs are not  welcome.

And if you don’t have a lot of money or even none, then send chickens, turtles, armadillos, lamas, snakes,  three-legged dogs, old cooking pots, blankets, whatever. What the White House can’t use or eat will be distributed to the poor and needy which now make up a large part of the American population.

Americans love creating drama…

…and they love being the center of attention!

Friends, I don’t know about you but I am sick of this adolescent tragi-comedy being played out in Washington.

I just want America to go bankrupt. I just want the American dollar to be removed as the world’s reserve currency. I want the U.N. to be relocated elsewhere.

I just want the world to stop treating America as the world’s most powerful nation. I want the world push it to one side, pretend it doesn’t exist, let it disintegrate until it is nothing but a bad memory.

America, currently, is like a tenth-grade Hollywood movie. The actors are terrible with drama queens and ponces and gigolos and prom kings predominating. The default plot is bizarre and infantile and amateurish. America relies on special effects, on illusions, on smoke and mirrors. It is full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.

Let America drown in its own bullshit! Cut the cancer that it is out of the world body politic. We don’t need America. It is an anchor that weighs the whole world down, that pulls the world into endless war.

It stands for greed and it establishes inequality where ever it goes. But it loves drama, yes indeedee!

A mother teaching her children. What could be better?

Friends, a quick look across the world reveals that it is in a parlous state. Consider the following:

The U.S. is bankrupt and its Government is in stalemate, there are wars everywhere, many nations in Europe can’t pay their debts, there are riots in many countries, the rich have most of the world’s wealth, the poor are being squeezed to bailout corporations, media moguls like Murdoch are running many Governments, famines abound as does poverty, NATO is bombing Libya to no avail, battles between religions abound, imperialism is rife, gun massacres proliferate, drug barons have their own armies, the Palestinians are still under illegal occupation, drug taking and alcoholism is on the increase…and so it goes on and on.

Most people would say to the above: “So what’s new?”

I would counter and say, “Things must change. We can’t allow this madness to continue any longer.”

“So what would you change?” you might ask.

I would change the whole paradigm beginning at birth. It’s because we keep filling the minds of our kids with the idea that failed systems (democracy, capitalism, nationalism, militarism, etc) are somehow right and proper that perpetuates these corrupt systems. What we need to tell them is the truth: The world is a complete stuff-up because of the abject failure of most of the current systems which control us!

We need to shield them from the indoctrination that perpetuates the current systems: indoctrination about the wonders of capitalism and materialism and democracy and Western cultures, the need for nations to fight wars, and the importance of being good little consumers and producers, and that we must be citizens who obey the law no matter how bizarre it is, etc..

Firstly, we, the people who see what the world is and want to change it, need to stop our children going to school where they are indoctrinated by the teachers who themselves are victims of a rigid system of indoctrination.

An Emperor without clothes!

Friends, as you’d know there are massive problems in America.

There is a three-way tussle going on over raising the debt-ceiling between Obama, the President, and the morons who inhabit the Congress, namely the Demoncrats and and Rethuglicans. Currently, it’s a Mexican Standoff!

Obama wants to reduce spending and increase taxes on the rich, take away some of their massive taxbreaks. The Rethuglicans, true to their venal roots, want the burden of austerity measures to fall upon the poor and want spending on defense and aid to Israel to be maintained or increased.

Meanwhile, the Demoncrats run around in little circles frantically crying, “The Sky Is Falling! Our Leader is Falling! Who will Save Us?”

The irony of this farcical situation is that America is a nation that claims to be ‘exceptional’, that claims to be the ‘Greatest Nation in the History of the World’.

The truth is that it can’t even run its own country, can’t even balance its own budget, and has massive debt, trillions of dollars, which it now can’t repay.

As well, its political system is corrupt and doesn’t work and yet here it is waging wars all around the world and spending trillions it doesn’t have!

And yet the world fears what will happen if this bankrupt nation goes bankrupt. The American dollars is still the Reserve Currency of the world. Why is this so? Is there a conspiracy here, one run by the billionaires of the world? I suspect so!

Why doesn’t the rest of the world ditch the dollar which is devaluing by the minute? Why doesn’t the rest of the world ditch America and its Ponzi economy? Why doesn’t the world reject American imperialism and push it back to behind its own borders? Why doesn’t the rest of the world condemn America’s rendition and torture, its use of drones, its deceit and duplicity?

Is the world getting you down? Is the imminent debt default in America or the bombing of Libya or the famine in Somalia pushing you into the depths of depression?

Book a room in one of these ancient, Greek Meteora monasteries and get away from it all. You will enjoy modest meals and feel safe in the knowledge that no one can get into the monastery unless their father was a baboon.

To get to some of the monasteries you will have to be hauled up in a basket and, if you are afraid of heights, just close your eyes and pray.

The monks will make you welcome as long as you don’t talk and you can spend your days meditating, reading a holy book, or looking at the views and thinking about the glorious history of Greece (which was the greatest nation in the history of the world).

Of course, American drones may overfly you (the little devils are everywhere, aren’t they?) so, if you are on a wanted list, wear a Mexican sombrero and put a Stars and Stripes flag over your shoulders.

Man, the Destroyer!

Friends, the events in Norway have shaken me. Perhaps you feel the same.

It appears that some humans, perhaps most, are capable of anything.

This blog often presents the dark side of our world and attacks the evildoers.

But it also tries to offer a retreat for decent folk who seek understanding, friendship, discussion and support.

Survive the world by seeking peace and beauty!

This is a man who has confessed to killing 85 young people on a Norwegian island and 7 in an explosion in Oslo.

Though a Christian, he hates Muslims and the Norwegian Socialist Party.

From his photograph he looks like one of us.

Then he is one of us!

Friends, no person in their right mind would want to kill, or send others to kill, other humans in order to take their land and resources.

Then no person in their right mind would want to waste their lives accumulating a fortune that they can never spend.

Such people are sick, very sick yet, in our world, they all too often become very powerful and are even admired. Their success probably has to do with the fact that they are not troubled by a conscience and neither are they sensitive or caring.

They crush all obstacles one way or another.
