Friends, there are aspects of the death of Osama (who was no saint but once was an ally of the U.S.) which should cause alarm, real alarm even though the details of the murder are dribbling out and are often contradictory.
What has occurred is that the world’s biggest warmonger has, from an aircraft carrier patrolling off the Pakistan coast, launched a small group of helicopters carrying specially trained killers who then, without telling the Pakistan authorities about this invasion of their sovereignty, flew to a compound north of the capital, rappelled down, then systematically went through the compound.
Then, when they reached Osama who was unarmed and in his bedroom with his wife, they shot him in the head twice. They made no attempt to capture him so he could receive justice and due process but shot him down in cold blood. The Americans were clearly afraid of what he would say, what secrets he would tell about them so they shut him up permanently. It seems there were other casualties but again we are getting conflicting reports about who they were and how many there were.
Then his body was taken back to the carrier we are told. The body was supposedly washed and dressed in white cloth and, after some ritual or another, was ‘eased’ into the sea. The story is still emerging from the American spin doctors and it will probably take many days or weeks for us to get the story, the emphasis on the world ‘story’.
But what we do know is that the U.S. can, at any time, invade any country in the world and murder anyone it so chooses if that person is deemed by America to be a threat to its interests. This situation is echoed by the recently acquired power of Obama to likewise assassinate any American citizens deemed to be un-American.
This clearly shows that the U.S. no long believes it needs to observe International Law, International Conventions, the sovereignty of any nation, the processes of the law which are supposed to reflect the notion that a person is innocent until proven guilty, etc.
America is now a law unto itself and no one, I emphasize, no one in the world is safe especially if they, like me and many others, criticize this rogue nation that is run by a cabal of elitist, deranged fools and rapacious corporations.
The U.S. is the most dangerous nation in the world. The world must join together to stop its insanity, its violence, its endless warmongering, its invasion of nations for their resources, its massacring of innocent civilians, its greed, its elitism, its insatiable blood-lust, its imperialism.
Isolate it. Condemn it. Boycott it. Help to get rid of this blight before we have no world left!

People of this country are revelling in the death of Osama. I for one take no pleasure from this. Even if you don’t believe that 911 was an inside job, that Osama was in charge, to kill him in cold blood is wrong. Not only that we have no way of knowing who really died. How many times have we been told he died already. It is very scary that we are not safe from our own government.

Claudia, I’m scared of your Government and I live in Australia. It talks peace while it spreads fear and death.
The American people are being short-changed, taken to the dry-cleaners by the Beacon on the HIll. So is the rest of the world!

Just try to get a grip on what the evil US is trying to do to Julian Assange, our government is so warped and twisted, they want to “try him for treason”. Our cartel has no idea that they can’t put a foreign citizen on trial for treason. But that won’t stop them from taking him out with military action. And the absurdity of wanting to punish someone for your own faults, shortcomings, crimes, and embarrassment. Now that we’ve seen that the US killing machine follows no law, or moral compass, in the murder of Bin Laden, and the nuclear attack on Japan, after they already agreed to surrender, but were still working out a way to “save face”, for the “real time” data on the true destructive power of their sick concept. The USA is a real and current danger to the world, and must be destroyed.

As if the worst thing you can do with these ‘critters’ is expose them to the light of day! They are exposed for all of their duplicity, empirebuilding, how taxpayer $$ were spent, etc.. and USA, that pre-emptive extraditial killer, wants to Kill the messengers!!!! Ack!
No, I am not an ignorant citizen. They have got me on the verge of insanity. I have seen parts of the inner workings and it is terrifying. The Behemoth acts as a groupthink and one glitch in the machine can create hell. It is truly like the movie Brazil. And that is when you are following the rules.
Yes, but this has been going on for a long time. We are being programed by TV, education (indoctination), drugs, vaccines, junk food etc. People are interested in sports, dancing with the stars and have no idea what is really going on. They believe in the spin lies.

Let us not forget, indefinite detention, extraordinary rendition, no habeas corpus, torture, child theft(CPS), extortion(tax’s),”disappeared”, the patriot acts 1 and 2, enemy belligerent, militarized police, SWAT, free speech zones, tasers, no knock warrants, sneak a peek searches, phone taps, GPS tracking with no warrant, FEMA camps, and, how do we know they’re not smart enough to NOT use nuclear weapons on their own people? We don’t.

Joe and Claudia, your words paint a worrying picture as does the murder of Osama and his hasty burial. It’s like a terrible evil is loose in the U.S. and it is gathering momentum.
I am fearful of the future. Very.

Let me clarify a few things. OBL never worked for the CIA and had no direct links with them. This is one of the biggest misconceptions floating on the internet. He worked to liberate Afghanistan from the Communist menace of the Soviet Union. Indeed he did functioned in coordination with the Pakistan Military and Intelligence, but it was they who had close links to the US Intelligence. In other words, to combat the Soviet Union the US was willing to provide moral, logistic and monetary support to anyone at war with them & so they did, to the the Pakistan Military-Intelligence establishment, who then passed it on to the Afghan resistance. SO even though OBL had always been opposed to the criminal Zio-American enterprise, they found him to be useful to exploit in their war against communism (the bigger threat to them at the time) and so they supported his cause. Hence OBL never worked with them and never endorsed America’s criminal empire. In fact he was dead against it, as future events proved. The pseudo-alliance of the Soviet-Afghan war was merely one of convenience.
In fact even after the war, the criminal American establishment realized that they could further exploit OBL’s name to suit their diabolical agenda. So through their powerful media the west drenched the world in their lies and propaganda, creating the MOTHER OF ALL CONSPIRACY THEORIES that OBL was some sort of mastermind at the head of a global omnipotent, omnipresent organization of rabid Islamic fanatics that want to take over the world. While the existence of such an organization is clearly a hoax, the numerous ‘terrorist’ attacks may or may not have been. If they were indeed carried out by Muslims they were not done in a feeble attempt to take over the world, but merely acts of vengeance done in an attempt to discourage America’s continued crimes against the Muslim world.
And I dont understand all this unhealthy obsession with 9/11. It was 10 years ago, get over it. I am sorry if I offend any Americans reading your blog, but you can all go fuck yourselves. You deserve much much worse for the crimes you committed and millions you have murdered over the decades. Your nation has perpetrated unspeakable crimes against humanity for which you are all responsible yet you think you can absolve yourselves of all guilt by claiming that you are just ‘innocent civilians’. BULLSHIT. What about the MILLIONS of innocent lives you extinguished from nations who never caused the world any harm yet you imposed unjust merciless wars of terror upon them. Also your feigned ‘ignorance’ about the crimes of your nation, is not an excuse. Your nation fueled by greed and insatiable blood-lust brings death and destruction upon others and plunders & pillages their resources yet you knowingly consume that plunder, vote for your governments, pay the taxes that funds you murderous armies, enlist to become part of those genocidal armies that maim & kill. You deserve no sympathy.
While it has become second nature to people in the west to loathe OBL, remember that he was the only one who against insurmountable odds decided to oppose the criminal Zio-American Empire. While the rest of us hide behind the anonymity of the internet and become keyboard warriors, there are some who take active stand against injustice and oppression.

Drmnys, your comment is an interesting one. It gives a perspective from the other side, so to speak. I agree that a population can’t use the ‘we didn’t know’ excuse. As citizens, they need to know what their Government is doing and, if necessary, question it. Ignorance is no defense!
Hopefully your comment will open some eyes, bring new comprehension.

Very well stated, and fairly accurate. While we citizens have been constantly lied to, threatened with the same crimes our government has imposed on the world, and worse, we have been too tolerant of the crimes of our leaders, and we should be pissed that this evil is done in our names, as I’ve stated before there’s concern that our government isn’t smart enough to NOT use nuclear weaponry against us. We also have the “thought police”, in which, we can be jailed for life for what we might be thinking. Our president has given himself the power to have American’s assassinated, just as he did to Bin Laden, and many other world leaders. But until the rest of American’s wake up, or, pull their heads out, so we can get a real revolution going, the world will have to suffer, unless you want to help out.

Oddly enough, although I agree with this story about Osama being an ally at one time. I disagree with this ‘current official story’ and here is why. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,41576,00.html This was an official story back in December of 2001. So which one is correct? We may never know. Frankly who really gives a crap? All the while these news media stories are distracting us from what is happening right here in our own country. The gradual loss of Constitutional Rights, the imposition of pat down searches prior to boarding air travel, extensive taxation, loss of jobs and foreclosures on homes, financial melt down, increasing national debt, ever increasing gas prices, the list goes on,and on, all for illegal occupations and imperialism.

no red flags here… the best way to get people to stop looking for you are make them believe you are dead.
now this particular video does raise some serious questions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMiuFx6rQbE

I am grossed out by murder – even death of Osama. Celebration is inappropriate. It is a solemn time of remembrance if any f#cking thing. Alot of people died. The good types of people too. the ones at their desks at 8am. Or out getting bread for the family, etc. I was also mortified by the hanging death of Saddam. I actually used to believe that America was different because we are a Nation of laws. That died in the (s)election of 2000. The Supreme law of the land did not support impartiality but voted along party lines to choose W Bush. The Country died that day.
It is invasive that the US holds Osamas wife and 9 sons. The whole everything grosses me out.
Where are we going? Who are we? Pakistan was our friend who we helped out with a couple of Billion a year. Gee, look how that friendship turned out?! And should we keep giving them that money?????
Do you think that money will go back to granny for next winters heating supply? or the road rebuliding/ jobs program?? Breakfasts for poor kids? Health clinics for the 50 million people with no health insurance?
Those people ae not incorporated. They have no representation in America. They will go without. There are missiles and bombs and stealth planes and drones to pay for.

Nisar Sindhi, I feel sad for Pakistan. The terrible drones. There is so much we don’t know. Anthrax in 2001, Benazir Bhutto’s assassination, now this middle of the night American killing of Osama Bin Laden in Pakistan Everything is very wrong. This is one American not celebrating. The leaders that are making all these decisions are the minority. Good Planets are still hard to find. Who thought that We the people, would be all the citizens on this Planet.
