White House Hosts The World’s Longest Running Show!

Friends, the world’s longest running show has had yet another performance. The two actors involved in this latest one-act play are Obama and Netanyahu and they performed stoically on July 6th.

The play is called: “Screwing The Palestinians” and it has had many, many showings over decades. They principally take place in the White House but sometimes at Camp David.

These showings have had many actors playing the main roles: Bill Clinton, George W Bush, Barack Obama, Sharon, Netanyahu, Olmert, etc. Some of the actors have possessed flair. Some of them have had the personality of wooden Indians and an intellect to suit.

The plot of the play is simple: behind closed doors, let’s pretend to be engaged in serious discussions about setting up a sovereign Palestinian State while we allow Israel to continue with its brutal occupation and steal more and more Palestinian land and build more and more settlements and Jew-only roads.

Let’s pretend to set up new committees or come up with new edicts or road maps or send new envoys, anything that looks as though we are actually planning to do something then, as soon as the one-act play is over, we can announce them then forget about these strategies until people start asking some pointed questions again. Then it’s time for a new performance.

The finale of each performance usually involves warm handshakes and embraces and smiles and knowing nods at a joint news conference where each actor heaps compliments on the other and swears eternal love and loyalty.

This time around, the promises were more muted than usual. They seemed to involve trying to get talks between the Israelis and the Palestinians started by September. As well, neither actor looked very pleased with the other’s performance as the photograph shows.

Perhaps both of them realized that the one-act play has reached its use-by date, that the audience, knowing full well what the outcome will be, is bored and mistrustful.

It’s time to bring down the curtain on this pathetic charade. It’s time for both America and Israel to announce what they’ve always known: that there will be no Palestinian State and that the Palestinians will be relocated somewhere else in the desert so that Israel can prosper and become America’s largest military base in the Middle East!

Poor Palestinians. They’ve waited so long, suffered so much.

And got nothing!

  1. BamaLamaLou praised NuttierThanAllYou for lessening the boycott on Gaza. WOT???!!!! The BOYCOTT IS ILLEGAL TO BEGIN WITH, FOOLS! What was the message of the Freedom Flotilla anyway?

I read today that cement and other building materials are STILL off the acceptable list (junk food is OK, though–that’s right, let these malnourished souls “eat cake”). Another news bit said the Gazans are starting to build shelters with sandbags.

Read between the lines–there’s always MORE news there! They are banning construction materials because for six decades and counting they are trying to RID Eretz Israel of anything that is not THEM! They don’t want these people to rebuild–they want them OUTTATHEREALTOGETHER!

Well, you pull the slingshot back far enough and sooner or later it snaps and blinds you–if you aren’t sightless already!

Ted, this farce has been going on since 1967. The faces change but the result is still the same.

America should be ashamed but it never is. It’s time the rest of the world called them out!

It’s strange, 76-water, oil is America’s lifeblood yet the Gulf is another situation where the ‘blood’ is poisoning the world.

“When will they ever learn, when will…”

  3. Is all we need now David is to make a one, Tony Abbott P.M. of Australia to confirm that we have indeed, all gone bonkers. But to the topic, there never was going to be a Palestinian State, and what’s more the Israeli’s are about to confirm that, when they attack Iran.

You know it’s funny, we that hold the M.E. peace process to be a charade, are not allowed or capable of any opinion on anything after that.Take Iran for instance, for mine the Iranians getting the bomb is on about the same level as throwing an open packet of razor blades over a kindergarten fence. However, that doesn’t mean they are not as a sovereign country entitled to it.

But at the end of the day it matters not a jot, these fools that run the world really do think it can go on forever being exploited. The growth at all cost brigade are not going to be satisfied until this whole planet is encased in concrete. The sad part is, the people in some cases who should know better are staying silent. This in my estimation is more dangerous than a terrorist with a truck load of T.N.T.

    Peace.

  4. Phill, thanks for calling by. That the world is run by fools is obvious. That we elect them makes us fools too I guess. What to do?

76-water, that America supports this tiny viper’s nest of religious extremists demonstrates its own total lack of values. America is morally bankrupt!

Can’t argue with that. It seems Americans are more concerned with the antics of Hollywood than the welfare of their own nation. Political theatrics have numbed many formerly up-right citizens to an “I could’nt care less attitude”. There are many things wrong with America, lets face it, it’s going to get a hell of a lot worse before it might get any better. I used to get offended at your negative remarks towards America. I now except our fate, as a willing partner or not. By the way, I feel elections have been rigged since at least the 80s. Sad, very sad. Maybe my team will win the Super Bowl this year. (grin). Cheers to you!

76-water, I mean no offense. I know that I could greatly increase my readership if I adopted a ‘America is wonderful’ line. But this blog is based upon telling the truth as I see it however upsetting it might be to some.

When Americans consider my message they either dismiss me or begin to ask questions. If I can achieve the latter, then I’m happy.
