U.S. Denies The Existence Of History!

Well, friends, General P. has arrived in Afghanistan. The first thing he did was to walk on water.

He brings with him a surge which will swell the number of U.S. troops to 150 thousand. He also brings with him $30 billion dollars of taxpayer’s money to fund the surge which was approved by Congress even though America is struggling to turn its economy around while dealing with high unemployment and declining house prices.

It is hard to believe that America still thinks it can turn Afghanistan into a small mirror of itself. I mean, after the failure of Vietnam and Iraq, surely the message must or should be getting through by now that occupying and killing people is not the way to gain their friendship and subservience.

Even if it doesn’t accept the lessons of its own history, all it has to do is to look at Israel where, for 60 years, the Jews have been trying to tame and manipulate the Palestinians using occupation and brute force without success (of course, America, ever generous where war is concerned, sends billions of dollars to Israel annually as well as unlimited arms – that it does so is reprehensible).

And if America doesn’t want to look at Vietnam, Iraq or Israel, then it could look at the Russians who attempted to tame Afghanistan and, after more than a decade, left with their tails between their legs.

Then, if we think more broadly, we could go back further to WW2 when Hitler tried to conquer Europe using invasion and occupation and he failed as well. In fact, if we go back through history, there are hundreds of examples.

Now everyone knows the truism that says: Those who don’t learn from the lessons of history are destined to repeat it! Everyone except the Americans, that is. My question is why? I mean, America is an educated country. It has top universities. I’m not aware of any study that suggests that Americans have inferior intelligence, that they can’t add two and two and get four.

So what is it that prevents American accepting the realities of history? Why does it make the same mistakes over and over?

The only explanation I can think of is that most Americans (excluding the ones who contribute to this blog) are indoctrinated to think that they are exceptional, that they are a cut above the rest of us mere mortals, that what has applied to all other civilizations couldn’t possibly apply to them and that, being exceptional, they have the right to control the world using any means. Of course, these are clearly delusional thoughts, ones which echo the nonsense of a master race.

To think such thoughts requires a profound amount of arrogance and ignorance coupled with complete denial of reality.

How much longer is the world going to tolerate American delusions and its endless warmongering?

  1. Washington DC is occupied Israeli territory. The American government for some reason is trapped into doing Israels bidding and unable to make it’s own decisions. We would not be in Iraq or Afganistan or anywhere else in the middle East if it were not for Israel. The same could be said for Iran. nowhere are we protecting Americas livelyhood, but everywhere we are protecting Israeli interests. This war on terror is an Israeli construct for American lives to be sacraficed fgor Israel. We are fu^kd as Americans until or when we could get our country back. I don’t see it happening any time soon.

Go to Amazon.com and read the reviews of “Jehovah Unmasked.” Then Google Isaiah 14:1-28 and read that passage. Using only the Bible as reference, the author of the book shows how the deity of both the Jews and Christians–in short, the West–is a blood-thirsty, lesser tribal deity who was elevated to the role of Supreme Being after Lilith and other Hebraic deities were diminished by land-hungry patriarchy. Jehovah has all of the characteristics of the Devil. To paraphrase, “With gods like this, who needs demons?”

There is another concept of Supreme Being more in line with the pacifistic, vegetarian teachings of Jeshua (Jesus). Jehovah was NOT the fatherly deity of Jeshua, though Christians will tell you that this is so.

Given that humans are inclined to behave in a manner that reflects their loftiest ideal, lowering the bar and accepting this God of War and utter destruction of His enemies down to the baby in the womb speaks volumes about the Western world’s unflinching support of warmongering so complete that its most obvious victims (e.g., aerial bombed funeral and wedding parties, unarmed Gazans, Freedom Flotilla pacifists, etc.) are made to look like rabid assailants that must be wiped out even if it takes out the world as we know it.

This madness goes on unabated and the treasuries of America and the rest of the West are being emptied to satisfy this Mad Dog Deity who exists only in the feeble minds of those who have turned off their rational thought processes and dwell in utter fear and paranoia.

There is no need to try to understand the warmongering ways of Jews and Christians. There is no need to wonder why slavery, the extermination of native peoples, the rape of the Earth and the hell-bent-for Empire mania infects the West. One need only to turn to their God and all will be revealed. Until this non-Entity is removed from all human intelligence, it will infect the feeble and weak willed and assume flesh and blood and wreak its insanity into the real world through its victims.

“Greater gods for greater men, lesser gods for lesser men.”

  2. You are so very right that americans think they are exceptional. One of the strange ways it is expressed is when a mass of people are killed in some other country and the media always mentions if any americans were killed or not, if not the entire event is ignored. The only people who have any value are american. The only exceptions to this are when an american was killed by Israeli commandos and now the loss of american lives in afganistan. The media is not very interested in reporting how many are dying daily in that obscene war and somehow forgot to mention that an american was killed trying to save the lives of innocent people. Funny how that happened when our “friend” was the one doing the killing. What would the media response heve been if Iran had done the killing?

I suppose this could be excused by how ignorant most americans are about what is really happening in the rest of the world, not to mention what is happening right here at home, but most seem more than happy to beleive the lies they have been and are being feed.

There is no excuse for such ignorance in the internet age. Do people just not want to know the truth? Why are they so afraid to face reality?

You may be poor, stressed and facing problems you have no ability to solve, but by god you are an american and america can go anywhere and kick ass and take what is theirs no questions asked. We are number one!

Sort of like a spectator sport on steroids. Reality won’t set in until after we loose the big game. Then it will be too late for everyone.

  3. 76-water, certainly America is backing the wrong horse in backing Israel. But then, let’s face it, Israel is just a smaller version of itself.

Ted, many times on DC I have pointed out that the Israelis reflect the God they worship: cold, condemning, manipulative, cruel, and judgmental. The Christian God is not much better! If we could get god and greed out of the equation we might stand some chance of achieving peace.

Jeannie, it is said that people get the government they deserve. Looking at those who lead America the saying, unfortunately, is all too true. What can you do with a warmongering civilization of largely mindless, greedy, ignorant people?

Grace, thanks for the link. Many people are pointing out what the problems are but who is listening?

  4. Hello David – I notice in your posts you refer to “America” and “Americans”, so I’m wondering who exactly you mean? The people who keep on bringing us these wars are not anybody I know that happen to live in this country. Recent polls show most of the people don’t support these wars. They thought they were voting for “change” to get us all the hell out of them. No one I talk to has a clue what we’re really doing over there anyhow. I believe the people who are responsible for these conflicts are the actual government (not necessarily the “American” government). They are the creatures who make tons of MONEY from these wars, or any wars anywhere. They are the ones these wars make perfect financial sense to, and we’re not even supposed to comprehend that, or we might quit sending our children off to kill other people’s children, and the profits would grind to a halt. These creatures make money from every war; it doesn’t matter who the winner or loser is. I believe Americans realize the wars are a sham, but until they get beyond hanging flags in front of their houses and putting their faith in politicians, we’ll never see change, only chains.

  5. Welcome, Bear. Your comment is an interesting one. I would ask: is America a democracy or not? Do the people of America elect their Government?

I would suggest that the people of America have to take some blame for the direction their country is moving in under the ‘creatures.’

  6. Last night I was at a little get together in our neighborhood. Many topics came up the (spill) in the gulf, the econemy, of course the war in both Iraq and Afganistan as well as many other locations in the Middle East. I was flabergasted to learn most still beleaved we are in Afganistan because of the attack on 9-11. Some even expressed a desire to get even. I was in shock! These people only being fed from the corporate MSM bought it hook line and sinker. Not understanding how many civilians have been murdered by US and NATO forces. My God we are killing innocents without a care. Yes I am American, but we deserve what ever we got comming. Many of my neighbors consider themselves wise, could’nt tell by listening to them. Propaganda has done a number on US citizens. Sad, very sad.

76-water, humans, in common with sheep, are herd animals. They like it best when everyone sings from the same song sheet even if the song is discordant and the words untrue. People who sing a different tune are unwelcome.

  7. In recent years it seems that America will be allowed to maintain the semblance of a democracy only so long as the people vote as they are expected (read: directed) to. Otherwise the supreme court either steps in to correct the outcome, as in Florida, 2000 Bush v Gore, or it will be corrected through theft, as in Ohio, 2004 Bush v Kerry. Of course, if the outcome isn’t TOO important, then go ahead; have a democracy. I thoroughly agree that we have to assume responsibility for allowing these travesties to stand. So long as most Americans feel their full expression of patriotism is hanging the flag in front of their house and voting for a “Republicrat” every four years, democracy is lost. I’ve often wondered how and when it became taboo to discuss politics in polite company? The Revolutionary War never would have gotten organized if people had been afraid to disagree in public with the prevailing rules and regulations! Just as water seeks its lowest level, we’re going to get the government we sit back quietly and deserve.

  8. Bear, a discontented population armed to the teeth seems like a recipe for disaster. Given the Global Financial Crisis and the rapid growth of the poor and dispossessed, surely it won’t be long before serious social problems escalate and violence ensues.

America is falling apart from within as every Empire has.
