Whoever designed life must have been drunk or insane.
Why bother to create life if it involves worry and pain?
But I guess there are good things: love, music and wine,
Sweet mixed with bitter makes a potion…a bit like brine.

I love this Planet. It is just some of the busy-bodies in everybody’s business that I could live without.
This Planet is great. Just hang out for an afternoon on the Northern California coast near Santa Cruz. You will fall in love. Pure magic.
Some Native Americans believe that all their ancestors as well as the extinct animals, still exist in a parrallel world that we cannot see with our regular senses.
For some reason, I too, believe in that kind of reality. I feel like I have have ventured there in the dream-world.
This understanding gives me strength. Different worlds all existing under one roof. It makes me feel like this is where I am supposed to be. Like, this world and the next world are just rooms in a house. This frees me up and makes me feel safe. When I am meant to not be here, it will be my time and not a moment sooner. It is all one. I am free to relax in the now.

Grace, your view is interesting and, for you, it must be uplifting. More power to you!
Love and peace.

About 15 years ago I read Carl Sagan’s book Cosmos. In it he made a statement that has stayed with me ever since. ” How could the universe not unfold as it should?”

76-water, when I look at images of the universe and try to comprehend it I get dumbstruck.
We humans with our limited intelligence and incredible conceit, know so little about ourselves and our planet yet alone the universe, then the universes beyond our own, and the infinity of space.
Yet we spend out little lives chasing money and sex and waging war while pretending that we’re not really mortal.
What a joke we are!

For anyone interested in truly creating another and peaceful way of being on this very Earth – or in some future time, whatever planet we may find ourselves living on, it is critical (IMO) to understand the psychopath. For me, discovering this scholarly understanding, could divide time into no knowledge and understanding of the psychopath – to present time- with understanding, affirmation that this is a very real situation that people of conscience face. Not just a few individuals suffering at the hands of conscienceless people, BUT all of us on Mothership Earth. Hello.
The most recent, worthy article on the subject is posted at DV;

A correction: That article popped up at me and I hadn’t realized it was an older save. Not a recent one, but an important post on a critical subject and relevant to the manifestation of the best in humankind.

I read the article, Grace. My only comment is that when I was doing psychology at University, I became aware of the large number of theories that there are, each one explaining why humans are as they are or why some humans are as they are.
The theories are adopted or rejected by the various schools of psychology depending on their status quo at the time. Thought at any one time is very fluid with each new study often showing different things.
Caveat emptor!
Cheers.

‘design’ and ‘create’ to me, are not words to be used in view of ‘life’…………..
‘accident’ may be more appropriate………………
