There are none so blind as those who do not wish to see!
Friends, it seems from many reports that I have read over the last week that a few Americans are beginning to question the relationship that exists between their country and Israel.
Proof of this can be seen in the fact that when Netanyahu visited the White House to see Obomber, there was no media coverage after the event, no declarations of undying love between America and Israel, no hugs or kisses, nothing! Strange, isn’t it?
Some folk in America are now questioning whether the incestuous relationship between Israel and America is actually causing lots of American military deaths as Muslims, who are incensed by what Israel is doing to the Palestinians with American arms and money, target American soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Some are questioning whether giving Israel billions of dollars is a profitable way to allocate money that might be better spent on helping Americans survive the chaos that currently is the American Dream.
The question I would ask is: how come it’s taken so long for the penny to drop? How come American leaders have refused to see what anyone with half a brain could see?
The answer is probably that they could see it but, unless they publicly embrace a love of God and Jews, they’ll never be elected! Perhaps they feared what the heavily influenced Jewish media would do to them if they spoke against giving Israel unlimited arms and money.
Perhaps they feared upsetting the militarists who are heavily involved in the imperial ambitions of America and who see Israel as a strategic military outpost right in the centre of the Middle East. Perhaps they didn’t want to upset their corporations who want to make mega-bucks out of all that lovely oil and gas.
Perhaps they didn’t want to upset the deranged evangelicals who see war in the Middle East as a sign from God that the Second Coming is just about due. Perhaps they didn’t want to ruffle those Americans who seriously believe that the U.S. should rule the world. The ‘perhaps’ could go on forever!
Whatever the reason or reasons, there are a few signs that some leaders in America are beginning to ask questions, serious questions, ones that should have been asked and answered decades ago.
Will America change its stripes, take off the blindfold? I don’t know but I’m in an optimistic mood today so, with a tiny hope in my heart, I’ll await developments.
UPDATE. 26/3/2010.
Given that the U.S. opposed three Resolutions condemning Israel which came out of the U.N. Rights Council, perhaps my touch of hope was somewhat misplaced (see Reuters for details).
Ah well, back to the drawing board!

The points that Howard Duff, many others, and I are making is that everyone who reveals the truth about the aggressive vengeful behavior of zionists, (many of whom are not truly religious), their murder and mayhem, are risking and have risked vile behavior being done against them and their families. Everyone should read and/or listen to what Duff shares with us, found at the links I provided.
Please continue to do your research, Mr. G. Look into who you have pictured on your $500 Australian bill.

As with the oppressing apartheid system in South Africa in the nineties, thanks God, nothing stands forever.
If the (common) people just have the opportunity to know – they will. Unfortunately the corporate/public media and the officiel goverment authorities, e.g. here in Denmark don’t really want to know, (not before they are FORCED TO tell it ) mostly due to their indissolable friendship and profitable business matters with Israel/jews etc.
Thanks God, there are increases in leftwing / anti-us anti-war talkshows and bloggings all over the world.
The one that shines through for me (sorry for, I can nott get my arms down) is, PressTV – to name a few staff names on this channel is, George Galloway, (viva Palestina) Laureen Both, Amina Tailor, and Yvonne Ridley and many other., in their own right, marvellous journalists / politicians people.
PRESSTV has done a fantastic job in refuting the lies / leave outs from the ‘the internatioal community’s, huge news media and propaganda apparatus, and especially since the 2008/2009 Israel-Gaza slaughter.
As the world saw it from South African (and from it’s reconciliation commission summons), as long as the system can survive by support form the sheeples, the brainless muscleman, doorkeepers, henchmens etc. – it does – and nothing change, – though nothing is forever. I hope it’s at that point the world are now with respect to the injustice done to the
Palestinians, especially the people in Gaza, – it has become too obvious. – people are not blind – given the opportunity to know/see .

A recent story form the daily life in Denmark. (with me as a the “kingpin” !!!)
Six month ago I quit my old wire telefon abonnent to the monthly cost of app. $60 because I could a have a mobil broadband internet connection to ONLY the half ($30).
Now – yesterday a firm ” SKYLINE” advertise that they can do it, (in half year trial-periode) to a price of NO MONEY – AT ALL..
Of course I thought that was just what I needed – so as thought so done – I rang to the firm and ordered a membership, which includes setting up the appropiate [send/receive] equipment by a SKYLINE staff-technician.
He was here at my home, yesterday, monday (two days ago) to do this job. Ufortunately for the “SKYLINE” firm – it didn’t work (something with too bad signal)
The most interesting was that the staff-technician told me that THIS (top modern) EQUIPMENT was manufactured/delivered from ISRAEL.
So – form now on – GOODBYE TO SKYLINE (I’m sorry – that was really cheap) membership.. you may have your Israel-crap for yourself.

There are many elected officials who are disgruntled by the heavy handed tactics of the Lobby.
I understand that every newly elected representative/senator is presented with a free intern from AIPAC so that every move the rep. makes will be reported.
These reps. (a few) are becoming bolder, the more they hear from their constituents may help, but they do whatever the corporations tell them.
This last Biden debacle was disgusting. Biden was upset because they humiliated him, he should have been upset because Israel was sabotaging our efforts to start the perpetual peace talks at that exact moment.
Settlement building is announced now as more proof of Israel’s disdain for entire world community and especially their hatred of the true owners of the holy land, the indigenous population.
And wasn’t it just last week that Europe was threatened by Israel?
If only someone would design an Israeli sized straitjacket.

Therese, I was a little confused, as the police shown as kicking and kneeing the bloke on the ground were from Victoria, Canada, not our local rozzers (Victoria, Oz)
Our police are pretty well a cross section of our society, warts and all. I live in an area with
something around 140+ different ethnic groups and it is fairly peaceful. One of our local sergeants while patrolling alone was set upon by several youths (Sudanese) and hospitalised, so there is bad both sides of the fence. All in our rozzers do a good job.
As for the Officer who suicided I don’t think his resignation wasn’t voluntary as the letter he received from his superiors gave him the option…resign with entitlements or be sacked without. We say your guilty and that’s it.

I too agree that any video of Canadian police abuse does not reflect on Australians.
If all roll down on that page, they will be blown away by the photo of Pope Ratzinger giving the devil horns sign, while in church, in costume. I can just see that here, David.
