What Price American Help?

A Haitian boy watches America’s finest take over the Royal Palace.

Friends, the Americans have arrived in Haiti in force.

More than 11,000 15,000 U.S. military personnel are on the ground, on ships offshore or en route.

One can only wonder just what has brought them to the disaster zone in such numbers so quickly.

Are the Yanks simply filled with the milk of human kindness or do they see another opportunity to seize another potential military base, one close to Venezuela?

Time will tell though the bars may be symbolic.

Any bets?

  1. No doubt that Hugo Chavez is a tough nut to crack for the master of the univers. The big problem is for the corporate media / MSM, (just like my hero Fidel C.) they have nothing to blame those guys for, like the ‘slaughter’ & ‘Hitler’ from Belgrade, Slobodan Melosevic and Saddam H. could be blamed for ‘has killed his own people’, WMD and had invaded/occupied foreign countries AND, were able to attack with IN 20 MINUTES!!!.

The big problem is now. How else can we make it comprehensible for the sheeples to understand, that those guys are really dangerous ?

Thanks God it is yet the money, and NOT the people who governs the world.

  2. I am prepared to hold fire on the use of the US military in this case. If they are just a presence to keep order then fine, if they start shooting at looters then it will become a problem. If they use it as an excuse to build another base their under the guise of helping, then we know that America is not to be trusted.

  3. John, the U.S. likes to have a pretext to invade and occupy but they don’t really care if they don’t have one. Money does indeed ,’rule the world.’

Lucy, given the number of bases they already have around the world, I don’t think there’s any doubt about their intentions. As with Jews, they too want their pound of flesh.

    Cheers.

  4. Did anyone ever think about this??? Florida coast is only 68 miles from the Island, and Texas is just a pond jump away as well. What and who are the biggest problems for the empire building pond scum??? Americans and their guns. Remember, if they tried to take them the traditional way, it would be the 2nd shot heard round the world, so what options are left?

The south and the west are the biggest problem. Haiti was an experiment on a small scale using HAARP. Watch this video all the way through and it will shock you, it was done by scientists and about 5 minutes into the film they deal with Haiti, but all the info on there is something we all need to know. Also remember, we have 3 HAARP arrays and one is right next door to Haiti in Puerto Rico

That is why they were ready so quickly and there was a WAR GAME GOING ON at the same time about the same scenario. Anybody remember 9-11??? War games and Like 9-11 no israeli’s (Zionists) were killed because they had advanced warning.

How did it happen that 200,000 haitians were killed and not a single Israeli???

How did Israel get a military presence there so fast????

They were already there just before the earthquake

Thanks for this info about the Israeli connection, and the rep for HAARP on the Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura trutv show, was a Cohen, who I speculate is related to the neocon Wm Cohen, who as Sec of Defense, let slip his involvement with HAARP. An additional fact, Israelis own the ‘carnival’ resort boating profit-making venture there, and I bet a lot of the sweat shop, known as the garment industry, in Haiti.

  5. Americans, who have given up their rights, their freedom, their privacy and their dignity for “security” are now being told that the US soldiers are there to “secure” Haiti. But they won’t leave the airport until there is “security”.

While people lie under rubble, or lie in fields with crush injuries and compound fractures, while others go thirsty and hungry, the US military blocks humanitarian aid, turning away planes filled with people trying to help and guarding mountains of food, water, and medical supplies at the airport, while other, braver people are out among the survivors, operating without anesthesia or other supplies.

It is absolutely disgusting that US soldiers, as heavily armed and heavily armored as they are, are afraid of starving people, and refuse to distribute the food and water that they guard.

I believe that the plan is to have as many Haitians die as possible, so that the US can occupy Haiti again, or have its puppets rule, without resistance.

They say that 20,000 survivors a day are dying, who could have been saved if the US hadn’t blocked relief efforts.

Some reports say that Haiti has more oil than Venezuela, so that would explain it.

  6. Opportunity knocks once again for US imperialism. Whether it happens to assist in a natural catastrophe, to aid and abet a fascist in power, or to overthrow a legal election of a left-leaning president, the United States sends in its troops and “advisors” for the main reason of protecting its interests. Haiti has long been a nation kept in a continual state of emergency, poverty, and turmoil in order to support the dictator du jour.

Papa Doc Duvalier, a puppet of the USA, was a brutal and bloody despot. His son, “Baby” Doc, who came to power when daddy died, became the new US-backed puppet in 1971 and remained in power until 1986 when he, his entourage of whores and multi-millionaires, their riches, and even their fleet of expensive European cars were evacuated to a life of luxurient exile on the French Riviera by a fleet of MATS aircraft from Charleston Air Force Base in South Carolina.

Just a few months before in December of 1985, 248 US soldiers were flying home on a rickety commercial airliner owned by Arrow Air that crashed taking off from Gander, Newfoundland, killing all on board. Ironically, a corrupt dictator and his associates merited US military transport to France, but not our own servicemen returning from duty in the Middle East for hoiday R&R.

The ulterior motives are so obvious as to slap one’s face. US involvement in Chile, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panamá, Honduras, Bolivia, hell’s bells, the list can go on and on, continues to ingratiate this country with the rich and powerful at the expense of freedom. A classic film based on an actual event is “Missing,” starring Jack Lemmon and Sissy Spacek. It accurately depicts the arrogance of a nation that appoints itself as the policeman of the world. Just wait, because Venezuela will be the next recipient of US intervention. Señor Chávez está patinando sobre hielo fino.

  7. Pepper, welcome to this blog (I won’t call it mine because it belongs to those who participate)! To the U.S., everything is a war game.

Wagelaborer, the number of armed U.S. personnel is now up to 15,000 and it will increase further, of that I’m sure. Perhaps they need the guns to shoot snakes?

Judge joe, the machinations of the U.S. right across the world are evil to say the least. It reminds me of a gigantic, insatiable octopus which grows ever bigger and its tentacles grow ever longer. Yet, as it devours, it tells itself how peaceable it is, how much it cares for freedom and peace and democracy!

    What vomitus.

  8. I knew as soon as the US started sending aid to Haiti that the good of the haitian people was not it’s first concern. Part of it, of course, is pure PR to make itself look good, as for the rest, Iam sure there are reasons that will lead anyone who asks back to money and power.

What those reasons are only time will tell, but there will be a reason so many soldiers are there when what is needed if food, water and medicine. Not guns!

  9. I guess that soldiers with guns are now the image that one associates with the U.S., Jeannie. It has replaced the cowboys with guns that used to symbolize the Wild West.

Trying to work out why the U.S. evolved into such a violent, greedy nation is intriguing!

    Cheers.
