What War Really Means!

Reality

This photograph shows what war really means.

“It’s not about marching bands and flags and heroes.

It’s not about laying wreaths on memorials and a minute of silence.

It’s about the burned and shattered bodies of innocents like these.

It’s about the endless crying of mothers and fathers.

It’s about legalized murder, brutality, destruction and greed.

War is disgusting, dehumanizing and entirely unnecessary.

It indicts us all, turns us into savages!

All warmongers are evil, especially the ones

who claim their continual, unjustified wars are to bring peace.

May they be damned forever.”

And shareholders too, Coco!

War is a business and America, since WW2, has gone into it in a big way. The ‘fight them overseas’ mantra has been used to start endless, unjustifiable wars. It doesn’t really matter who the so-called enemies are as long as the bombs are falling and the missiles are firing and the U.S. factories are churning out tanks and F-16s and warships and there are American boots occupying more and more foreign soil and getting access to more and more resources.

There will never be peace while America is the world’s bully and principal warmonger!

For all the hundreds of thousinds who’ve lost a relative in a war they consider complete futile, it may be the closest anyone can come to living hell on earth. What also has been well depicted by the living example, Cindy Sheehan, the mother to the American soldier, Casey, , sent to fight in Iraq, sadly, killed there apr. 2oo4.
There may be approximately between 1 – 1,5 mill. same/like kind of family-tragidies caused by the Iraqi war, alone, and for the busy world soon will sink into oblivion, left in deep sorrow or with very bad feelings.
so sad – and FOR NOTHING!

Not for nothing, John. The industrial-military complex made lots of money and America has gained more access to scarce resources like oil as well as more military bases.

That a million innocents may have been killed is of no importance to the Masters of the Universe in the White House, the Pentagon and Wall Street!

America is too corrupt for words. I only hope that enough of us wake up in time to change things. I stopped paying taxes last year. If every American would do the same it would bring the powers that be to their knees. If only……….

I doubt that I can be more ashamed of my country as I am now. The leaders have the dumbed-down the masses who are so brainwashed and continue to wave the red, white, and blue butcher’s apron all over the place and act like they’re heroes after killing little children and other innocent, nonthreatening people. Disgusting.

David, I hope you’re doing well, drinking green tea, and eating brussel sprouts and broccoli ;)

They
“Collateral victims”.. versus.. returning heroes killed in combat.
“Potential threats” … versus… defenders of democracy.
“Embryonic terrorists”… versus… diligent and fearless patriots.
They , the idiots…. versus… they, the idiots.

… And above all … … … hiding in the bush of the COMMON ignorance of they, they, they and they?

Who?

Me.

Kathy, there are many, many decent Americans who, if they did their homework, would realize how the rest of the world sees them and their country. Hopefully we can wake some of them up.

Kristen, the problem is the MSM in American doesn’t show the carnage that American Armed Forces create. That’s why I use graphic images where possible to let folk see the horrific reality of wars and what bombs, shells and missiles do to other humans.

Adina, the Masters of the Universe aided by the MSM rely upon the ignorance of the masses. They must be exposed and the horrors of war shown at the kitchen table each morning!

Partially true David.
It is too easy though to blame it on the Masters.
Humans are despicable entities.
We are small, busy with petty petty things, egotistical, attention whores (how someone smarter than me once put it). We destroy. We contribute to the evil actions surrounding us, directly or not. We accept and embrace all this.
And then we point the finger and search for someone to blame.

Now I am asking you. How many of the travels we had taken to see beautiful places and all .. to feel good .. to show people pics of the places we visited.. were really necessary. And if 6 billion people would travel like we , civilized world, do.. would the sky be still visible?

We are aimless wonderers. Useless eaters. And frankly speaking, at times, I think that if destruction is near, it is self induced. We deserve it. Cowardly as we are used to behave, we will scream I M THE VICTIM. NO WE ARE NOT.

WE ARE CREATORS< CONTRIBUTORS< DENYiars.
How many of you have a china made product in your house..

Oh but I couldn t do differently.. you see.., that was cheap.. there was no alternative..
howe many of these products are indeed vital?
How many pairs of shoes you folks change just because the colleague in the fancy office will criticize if you wear the same pair until it wears out?
Oh but that is unacceptable..
Well…

Before I ask myself why there is a war in rwanda..
I shall ask myself WHO ARE THERE HUNDRED SMELLS AND TASTES OF TOOTHPASTE WHICH YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO F…ING EAT?

I AM ANGRY.
I REALLY AM.
I welcome destruction of human kind.
While I have compassion for the "collateral victims".. we are not as victims in fact as we think we ought to be.

And to the ones that reproduce themselves.. as an act of love… there are many orfans around. Yet all somhow everyone thinks his her genes are somewhat special.. and deserve to be reproduce. What a bull crap. Empty holes, aiming for fulfilling that emptiness with whatever, be it a child even.. so full of love we are.
The reproduction of a human is in itself the most egotistical act of this despicable entity.

Yet..
See they will call one who tells it like it is MAD.
Yes I AM.
We deserve what is on the plate for us.
Yes Sir, WE DO.

Every time there is praise for our patriotic heroes pictures like these should be shown along side to show what those heroes are responsible for. Maybe people would finally wake up. The coverage of our wars is so one sided that most people heve no idea of what is really happening ,and I have a feeling many do not really want to know.
It is, in part, our own consumer lifestyle that makes our resource wars necessary. That consumer lifestyle includes almost everyone here in the US since most of us buy more than we need.
The end of oil will bring many benefits to our earth, one being our ability to wage endless wars on such a vast scale.

Ah, Adina, you paint a bleak picture, one that I see sometimes. But on other occasions, I see hope for humans if we can change the programming.

When a child is born, programming begins immediately from family, peers, relatives, schools, churches, television, governments, etc. Can we blame the child for this? Rather than burying the child in crap we need to encourage it to think for itself. Humans who can think are hard to manipulate!

Jeannie, the connection between resource wars and a profligate lifestyle is clear. The irony is that resource over consumption is killing us (obesity, strokes, etc). Countries which engage in resource wars belong in the Dark Ages.

It’s time we broke with the past and used our intelligence to create a new world with new values and relegate war to the dustbin of history.
