There are so few like him because the Christian Americans like the jews perceive Jewry as God’s first choice people and they will do anything to protect Israel. This has infected the whole country from the bum on the street to the President, all pander to the Jewish nation and their lobbyists. The yanks are bit ignorant of everything but as I said the majority see Israel as being the only good ally in the Middle East, sure theres Saudi Arabia, but hey… there all Islamic and they don’t come from the same religious belief/background as Christians and Jews. When an educated person can deduce that these 3 religions are joined at the hip so to speak. This man certainly stands out in the crowd and good on him for being informed and taking it to the streets.

Of course, Kemosobi, any American, if they were so minded, could take the time to find out what Jews are really like by doing their homework on what’s been happening in the West Bank and Gaza for the last sixty years.
There really is no excuse for their ignorance about Israel (or their own nation for that matter)!

The truth is that no nation on earth has “sold and packaged, wrapped in the FLAG-nationalism” like the US has done for the last 220 years. The creation of the so called nation-sate was their idea and that was enforced by the cononial powers all over the old and new world. Criticism is neither allowed nor tolerated, because that is labelled as “anti Americanism”. Either you are with US or against US! Remember?
We all are currently witnessing the demise of yet another Empire. And history has taught us that the death throes of such a behemoth, causes a great deal of fallout and (to use a new term) colatteral damage.
Finally, religion will be the faultline along which all societies will crack.

I agree that the facts are out there and blatant. That is of course because (I would like to think) I am of the open mind variety, who explores global web/ blog sites and reads known, progressive authors. There are educated men and women who are telling it like it is, every day of the week. Unfortunately, one needs a bit of a scholarly bend to be inclined to venture out, past Fox entertainment world.
The revolution may not be televised, but it might survive on the internet for the academics with a heart.
The masses are manipulated. We need a new sheepherder. Other wise “flat-earthers” will rule again. I mean, what do melting icebergs have to do with the price of tea in China?

Escaping the Fox News trap is an accomplishment, Grace. That it is the news leader in America (most viewers) suggests that many Americans are brain dead, have no conscience, or can’t see beyond themselves.

So many americans don’t even want to know anything more than what is on Fox news. Recently, when all the hoopla was going on about Obama’s speech to school children our “local” news reported on a father who said his son would not see or hear the speech nor would he be allowed to even discuss the speech.
So many people totally shut out anything that they do not agree with 100%. No new ideas are ever allowed to spark an independent though.
The right wing blowhards who are controlling what these people think are having a wonderful time destroying what is left of our democracy.

It is incredible that people who attend peace rallies and criticize Israel’s deadly influence over the USA frighten their fellow attendees. I know this to be true from first hand experience!!
