Can Happiness Be Defined?
Happiness, like a butterfly, is elusive.
Too often it’s so hard to find.
When you’re happy you feel so effusive,
When you’re not, life is a grind.

Butterflies often appear to be lost. Even iin migration they flutter haphazardly. When I was married it was also the day of butterfly migration. We were driving in the same direction as the butterflies. South.

Sorry to hear you feel lost, Grace. My most recent post may help a bit.
I’ve finally managed to get myself both calm and positive. If I can stop trying to save the world from its own stupidity, I’ll probably do a lot better.
