In Australia we have a very good public health care system and people carry private insurance if they can afford it and want more choice. It's funny how the U.S. is at one extreme of the welfare equation and the Scandinavian countries, which tax heavily but generously provide for their citizens until death, are at the other. I don't think too many Scandinavians would want to live under the American system of health care for the rich! I know I wouldn't. Thanks for the comments.
