Bibi’s Speech. The True Transcript.
“Israeli citizens and lovers of Israel, let me assure you that, of course, we want a Palestinian State. Ever since we graced the Palestinian Territories with our glorious presence in 1948, we have been hoping the Palestinians would get their act into gear, and drag themselves out of poverty, and become peaceful neighbours of us, the true Children of God.
Look, it’s not our fault that God selected us as his children and we are sick of being victimized for it. There are winners and losers in this world and the Palestinians are los…well, they do the best they can with what God gave them.
The Palestinian State we envisage will be limited though not in any serious way. We, of course, purely in the interests of peace, will control its borders and its airspace and its shipping. We will do this so that no arms will enter the semi-sovereign state, arms that might threaten Israel and cause the massive damage and multitudinous deaths that the homemade rockets did. But this measure has a benefit for the Palestinians. We will protect the Palestinian State from invasion by…savage hordes from…from Iran or Lebanon.
I might mention that, of course, Israel, in agreeing to a Palestinian State, will not accept any compensation to or right of return for displaced Palestinians who live in a variety of luxury refugee camps… somewhere or other. Israel, rightfully, is a Jews-only state just as the new state of Palestine will only be for Palestinians except that, let me be honest, some units of the benign IDF will be placed there to help the local authorities with law and order issues. Thank you for your applause. Thank you!
Regarding settlements, we won’t build anymore but of course the ones that are there will grow. I mean that’s normal. Jews are human too. They might even grow quite quickly depending on the sexu…the inclinations of Jewish men and women. They might even grow…expand…by a few kilometres. If God blesses us with more Children it might even be hundred of kilometres. Who can tell what further plans He has in mind for us: Greater Israel even, Judea, Samaria…no, we’ll have to wait and see.
And of course, in agreeing to a Palestinian State we claim all of Jerusalem as our capital. Thank you, thank you! But, in a spirit of true Jewish generosity, we will allow a tunnel to be dug from the Palestinian state to the Golden Mosque so that Muslims can worship their God there if they can walk far enough in the dark and if they satisfy the entry conditions.
Of course, we will agree to a new Palestinian State as long as the Palestinians recognize Israel as a Jews-only state, get rid of Hamas, shower us with rose petals, prostrate themselves before…er, sorry, forget those last two items. I don’t know what I was thinking.
So there you have it, Obama. There is so much generosity in my heart. I love Palestinians. I’ll love them even more when they are safely within their new temporar…er, desert borders, borders which will create a wide exclusion zone that will keep us peace-loving, non-racist Israelis safe!

Of course they want a Palestinian state…….on their terms. This seems to be coming from pressure of the Obama team. However I’m not sure if you have seen this……is it a hollow threat……I don’t think it will sway the yanks at all.

Kemosobi, I did see that article. It’s farcical. It’s like the piper threatening he who is paying for the music.
Israel won’t allow a Palestinian state of any kind. The hatred they’ve created over sixty years, should the Palestinians get a state, would ensure that, one day, the Palestinians would seek revenge and get it.

A long time ago on your original blog, you stated that the alleged killing of the 12 yo Palestinian boy Mohammed Durrah in 2000 galvanised your attention on the Middle-East region.
Since then, a French court has found the video was faked by the French TV channel and its Mid-East correspondent.
It was great to see the Sydney Morning Herald also make mention of this fact:

Hey, Dude, it’s great to see you bringing up this so-called ‘fact’ from long ago.
Are you trying to suggest that, even if it happens to be true, this means that the Israelis are really charitable and lovable and that their sixty years of brutal occupation and genocide and land stealing plus the recent attack on Gaza which killed 1,400 people (including 400 kids) didn’t happen?

Since 2000, many Palestinian children have been killed. That is not propaganda. Real lives dying is as real as it gets.
What is shocking and shameful in my view is that The Jewish people once would have never wanted any human on this Earth to suffer as they once did. Yet these same people are propagating and advancing the same methods once shamefully used on them. What happened to those people? A few homemade bombs aimed at the back fence is that really terrorism? Enough to use phosphorous on a crowded city population last December? Enough to allow women amd babies to die at checkpoints? Wall in an entire people? Where did Jewish Humanity go?

At least, thanks the higher mighties that, although relatively few, there’s people around the world aware and want to help and support Palestinian people in their, for most people, unimagineable sufferings.
It’s depressing to watch the steriotyped western media with it’s ever pro Israel stance, regardless killing civillians in the hundreds and denying the people in Gaza the most basic needs, and latest, no headlines of the Israeli decision to go ahead with steeling more land in the westbank.
