Tongue-amputation: Coming Soon!
Friends, Rahm Israel Emanuel is a Jewish man employed by Obama (as his Chief of Staff). As soon as they get the Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009 passed, it will become a crime for any American to:
“Tell the truth about Israel’s treatment of Palestinians and theft of their lands.
It will be a crime for Christians to acknowledge the New Testament’s account of Jews demanding the crucifixion of Jesus.
It will be a crime to report the extraordinary influence of the Israel Lobby on the White House and Congress.
It will be a crime to doubt the Holocaust.
It will become a crime to note the disproportionate representation of Jews in the media, finance, and foreign policy.
In other words, it means the end of free speech, free inquiry, and the First Amendment to the Constitution. Any facts or truths that cast aspersion upon Israel will simply be banned.“
Friends, these worrying words were written by Paul Craig Roberts, a prominent American activist and writer. They appeared in Counterpunch and you can read the whole article at:

Given that America applies its laws to all nations in the world it means that soon I won’t be able to say a word about Israel or Jews even if what I say is true.
Standing up for the Palestinians or condemning atrocities such as occurred in Gaza recently will be considered a hate crime. I will be committing an act which, if I travel to America, could land me in Court and jail. Perhaps they’ll extradite me. Australia is subservient to America.
Such a law shows the immense power of the Jewish Lobby in America. Of course, many countries in Europe already have similar hate crime legislation. To even question whether or not six million Jews died in the Holocaust is also a crime in some places in Europe.
The Jews are busy everywhere, stifling free speech, stopping legitimate criticism and condemnation. And what if they nuke Iran? To say it is wrong will be a crime!
And why stop with stopping freedom of speech about Israel and Jews? Why not bring in laws that jail people who say negative things about America? Or America’s Government? Or American imperialism? Or Capitalism? Or the wealthy? Or Catholics? Or Corporations? Why not deprive us of the ability to speak completely?
Someone said once that ‘Truth Will Set You Free.’
Not any more! It can put you in jail it seems!
Without truth, we are lost.
So is freedom.
I would be interested to know if this ‘law’ would be a statute or a law. If it will be a statute then it my be avoided by disassociating yourself from your legal person as statutes only apply to legal persons apparently!

David, as you know Dr Tobin is odds on to be soon doing porridge.Although I don’t agree with a lot of the comments about the Jews here,I will defend people right unless they are being offensive personally to say as they damn well please.
I heard Tobin on the radio saying it would be a test case. I think he is a raving cracka jack but he is entitled to his opinion.Anyone that would deny the holocaust period is suspect.My mums brother was in Germany WW2 and liberated some of the camps, of course what he repeated to me could have been just a load of embellished lies, and he really may have been in Greenland.Yea Right!

There certainly were a lot of prisoners in those camps,in very bad condition, but how does your uncle know their identity, Phill. I do not think that the comments here about the jews begin to tell the magnitude of what harm they have done to non-jews.

This is frightening, indeed.
But what about the American people? Their elite thinkers and intellectuals who believe in freedom of speech and thought?
Do they not have a say on this new comedy?
This guy in the picture, I mean Israel Emanuel, looks no different than any Israeli soldier with total unshakable loyalty to Israhell. He looks as if he is giving order to Obama not advice. Look at his determined mouth and his left eye which says a lot.
I do not know where these Jewish asses are taking this country. The US is increasingly diminishing to a banana republic status at their dirty hands.

David, my understanding is that it is a law, a very dangerous law which could herald 1984!
Phill, it astounds me that such a tiny group of people can have such an huge effect on the world. To them the idea of majority rule seems absurd!
Prometheus, no religion should have any influence over any Government given that religious people are deranged and live permanently in a state of complete unreality.

Amputation of the Tongue: the perfect title for this bill, and for your report here, David. Thanks so much. I will try to influence my congressional representatives, to say NO to “Hate Crimes Prevention Act of 2009″, but what with that title, and one of the three not being much of a reader and a complete puppet for the Democrat leadership, we will see what we will see.

It sounds more and more like america is becoming a facist state. I read once that facism would come to america wearing a flag and carrying a bible. That seems to be just what it is doing.
How could someone who is concerned about the well being of others object to hate crime legislation? So much that is truely evil is done due to hate.
But no one seems to want to look very deeply into what a new law might really mean or they think that it would just apply to the beliefs of people they don’t like.
A lot of people seem to forget that they are only free to speak their mind if everyone else has the same right.
Once again Obama is showing his true colors; very different ones than he showed when he was on the campaign trail.
I fear for the future of my country!

Mike and Jeannie, the problem of gagging free speech is not restricted to the U.S. It seems to have spread across the world. The Jewish issue is but one manifestation.
If we are prevented from speaking out then our freedom is gone and Big Brother (or its religious equivalent) rules.
