The Carnage In Iraq Continues!
Friends, as you would know, the U.S. is drawing down its troops in Iraq claiming its surge worked and that Iraq is well on the way to becoming an independent, democratic nation.
But Reuters reports today that there were six suicide explosions in Bagdad which killed 36 people and wounded many more.
Look, call me cynical but I reckon six suicide explosions clearly suggest that Iraq is still the same lawless place that it has been ever since the Americans and their Coalition of the Killing arrived.
The ‘Democracy Installers’ are now going to concentrate their military efforts engaging in a surge in Afghanistan according to Obama, the new Commander in Chief (he was the one who promised a change in American foreign policy, remember?). As a sideshow, they’re also ‘droning’ Pakistan.
I hope that Allah protects Afghans and Pakistanis better than He did Iraqis!
The Awakening Council is clearly not happy with one of their leaders being arrested by the puppet Iraqi Government on terrorism charges. The awakening members have seen the light and after helping to stabilise the AQ threat, they now know they are the dominant force for eradicating the foreigners from their soil and this step by the puppet government has made the council look in the mirror and asses their priorities. Over the next few months the insurgents will step up their war which will draw in the proxy Shite-Sunni bloodbath. The Iraqi Insurgents will be grateful to have a new weapon, a 5 pound grenade that rips through the latest US armour and has in itself neutralised that capability of the US military which cost the US taxpayer billions.
In Afghanistan the surge will fail dramatically, a natural weapon is dust storms, It neutralizes fighter and bomber planes, the dust gets into everything it wrecks brakes on humvees and clogs filters on engines, it gets into the food, water and lungs. With all that Depleted Uranium laying around just waiting to be picked up in a dust storm and given back to the original owners through the respiratory system.
The surge will not work, it is doomed to fail, as a surge is just that a temporary inclusion of new combat brigades to do extra killing for a while and then they leave. They have no clear defined strategy, it is hard to distinguish friendly and enemy from the population, and it (the surge) would require small numbers of US soldiers living in countless small villages, where they’d be unable to support each other in emergencies. And since only a small percent of Afghanistan’s roads are paved, quick-reaction forces would slow to a crawl, especially in the mountains and in bad weather. This surge will kill more Afghan and Pakistani people and just draw more fresh recruits for the Taliban. Time is not on the side of the USA. The war in Afghanistan is unsustainable economically and politically and the Taliban can carry on forever, as the perception of the threat from the Taliban continues to outstrip reality. Taliban can keep harassing the supply chain, continuing the hit and run operations against the US forces and keeping the pressure on Kabul with hard hitting and morale destroying attacks every few weeks. More and more the American effort in Afghanistan resembles the Vietnam War – with its emphasis on body counts and air strikes, its cross-border sanctuaries, and its daily tactical victories that never affect the slow and eventual decisive erosion of rural support for the counterinsurgency operations.

He he ! If it wasn’t so tragic it would be a real larf. You can’t make this shit up can you? As an aside, I now see what the young boys from the west have in been fighting for all these years well in Afghanistan at least anyways. Yes folks I wont bore you with all the latest revelations, but the latest is to force women to have sex with their husbands every four days.
Of course the puppet Karzai said it’s “all a misunderstanding and confused translation” Yea right! But hey it is their contry after all if they want to force genital mutilation on women and a host of other nutty cultural practices fine. I bloody despair the world is a nut house.

Kemosabi, a perceptive comment indeed.
Phil, what happens if the husbands don’t want to have sex with some of their wives. Will they be stoned to death?
The bottom line is that America’s foreign policies since WW2 have been a disaster both for it and for the world. You’d think they give up, wouldn’t you?

Well David looking at some of the ladies from that part of the world, it is very likely that the husbands would rather play golf or be off on Jihad than pleasures of the flesh.
Still from what I have heard being stoned to death aint that bad in Afghanistan, best poppies available any where apparently

“The surge will not work,…”
Depends on the goal. Perpetual “war”, then it is working, directly according to King Obama’s new strategy. The new definition of surge is “surge ahead”, forever.
“and the Taliban can carry on forever…”
yes, and with the help of secretly supplies weapons to all sides from the US.
Folks, this is all working perfectly, for the PTB. Lots of profit from weapons and and a security aid for Israel.
“America’s foreign policies since WW2 have been a disaster both for it and for the world…”
and domestic policies. Disaster for whom? Not for the perps/PTB. Could not be better.
Let’s say that the 9/11 truth would advance to the point where finally they agree that, no, it was not the Arabs that did it. (But won’t say who.) So the WAR ON TERROR ends, right. Would not make a dent. Like Weapons of Mass Destruction.

The tittle of this post says so much. Kind of the way the mafia “fixes’ things. So true about that D.U. Kemosabi. We get wind storms in California. Toxic clouds from China make the air too toxic to breathe once a year. The cost of being the Toxic Avenger, America is.

In the honest German Press:
At the G20 in London, a newspaper peddler, Ian Tomlinson, was brutally shoved to the ground by the Police, got up, but subsequently died of an apparent heart failure. He was working and not involved in the demonstration.
A witness reported that the was grabbed from behind by a police thug with full creepy armored regalia, and thrown to the ground, so hard that he incurred a head bash. His “crime” was evidently that of getting to close to a cordon as he was on his way home.
So is this covered by the German Main Stream Nachrichten, we wonder?
Check the NYT of Germany, the Frankfurter Allgemeine.
We note a picture of grinning King of the US and an article about all the praises he deserves. None of the above article.
But in another article, it is reported that, at the NATO affair, a young man from Dresden will serve 6 months in prison for having an iron rod with him and another from Karlsruhe will serve serve 3 months for possession of a hatchet.

We will NEVER leave Iraq! We will always have a base there, just like the over 130 other countries around the world we have INVADED!

Phill, come on now, haven’t you seen some of the overly nourished gals in their tight clothing in the U.S.? At least in Afghanistan some of the women who aren’t so hot are covered.
There’s never been a “war” i.e. attack on a weak, poor country that the superpower doesn’t like.

There is a film on Utube of the G20 riot police shoving Ian Tomlinson to the ground, he got up all wobbly, unfortunately because my internet connection was so slow I didn’t watch the whole thing and it was only 1-2min long.
At least the Brits investigate when a cop kills a citizen, more than I can say for USA, here they pay lip service, then declare no foul play!
I’m offended at the remarks on the beauty/nonbeauty of Afghanistan women, all women are beautiful when they are young, but Afghan women not only face the harsh climate they are extremely poor + in their culture I think makeup is a taboo.

Indeed I have Kristen indeed I have. However I would sooner see some overweight western girl in her overly tight shorts, than a women of whom I can only just make out her eyes in garb I wouldn’t put over a condemned persons head, just before they were executed.
And Kate if you are offended by my remarks sorry but apart from all of my other faults I pride myself on calling it as I see it.But you missed my point didn’t you? It was made in the spirit of, these poor creatures are treated no better than cattle by their men folk who in the main are chauvinistic shit bags of the highest order. As much as what the west has done to these countries, this will not change my view most of them culturally are still in the stone age.

Having been to both Iraq and Iran, I can vouch for the fact that many women from these countries are unbelievably beautiful.
But then, I think all women are beautiful with the exception of my two ex-wives!

on the subject of beauty: have any of you guys seen the person called “cat woman”? She is a person who has had so many plastic surgeries that she looks like a humanoid.
This is what looks the worst to me, aging movie stars & Michael Jackson.
I was thing of that noted National Geographic photo of the Afghan girl with green eyes, they recently (last 5-10years) looked for her to do a now/then pictorial. She was stunningly pretty as a young woman, she is still striking but like a lot of us didn’t age that well.(I”m speaking of myself here; I can’t believe I turned into a replica of my grandma!) thank God she was sweet looking compared to my paternal Gram.
