“Darling, I wouldn’t be dead for a million bucks!”

Great sarcasm!
Time to move the clocks, right? 100 percent Big Corp consumerism driven. The puppets are fed all sorts of bull shit about how much it benefits them (a true shock to the human system, twice a year), they go Baa, Baa, Baa, Baa and obediently follow the command. Never mind that it pushes cars into the dark and lights on in the house in the morning requiring huge amounts of unnecessary energy.

We must adopt a sane future for our species to survive in the long run. There is simply no doubting it. We must also learn to think critically and see the big picture when we do things.
Unless we do this, we are ultimately doomed.

On our ingeniously wicked prison planet it is time to rearrange the chairs on the deck of our Titanic. Sometimes I think it will take the return of Christ to force the system for the masses to change significantly. I personally don’t think our pleasures and desires in and of themselves are the problem, it is the exploitation of every human desire and human denial exploited by the corporate greed machine. Most people would stop the horrifying and deadly mountaintop mining and stop ocean sonars if they knew it killed people, destoyed America as we knew it and hurt the dolphins and whales. There is mass deception, black-out in the news of real issues happening. Suprise. I believe most people don’t want pollution and war and would be willing to pay n extra tax to truly solve all our problems. Corruption is King and must be de-throned! The corporate greed machine owns our news sources. That in itself is un-American. Haunting artwork, David.

Ken, Chris and Grace, this brilliant piece of art is one of the most profound that I’ve seen for a long, long time.
The more one looks at it the more layers it seems to acquire, the more depth!
Frankly, it scares me! Are we little more than marionettes?

If the 9/11 truth were ever to be revealed, “truth” would be ill-defined. The most profound aspect* though would be (subjunctive) that of the reality of human behavior. The deniers say “they would never do anything like that”, but based on what model, interpretation, conditioning?
How about that of the medieval Kings and their Ritters and Armies. Has current society not been camouflaged. But underneath, somehow, there seems to exist, always, a few decent humans, in the mix. Those extended the existence on earth, perhaps. Particularly those that somehow came to the surface, like a Ben Franklin.
*Who did it no longer matters so much. The association with the War on Terror has faded away. It is here to stay. Especially the terrorizing by the US military and its lackeys of the West. How much longer before it turns to domestic?

It is truely scary to think about how we are all controlled by the media and advertising. As hard as I try to aware of the manipulation I know it is affecting me and how I think. Now with the use of psycology and brain scans they can know so much more about how we think and feel and use it to manipulate us without anyone being aware of what is happening.
Technology is in some ways wonderful for people; such as the internet which has taken the power to tell people the news out of the hands of the few, but it has also given them much more power to controll us.
Web sites like this are wonderful because they give me and anyone else who values being able to think clearly a place to go and get new ideas and helps us to understand what is going on and, hopefully, to fight for a better life.
