Friends, the more I see the circus that is the U.S. Presidential Election, the more worried I get. My reasons?
1. McCain is, health-wise, a dubious quantity.
2. McCain, age-wise, is a dubious quantity.
3. McCain, politically, is a militaristic Republican just like Bush, one desperately trying to look like a Democrat (the wolf in sheep’s clothing).
4. Palin is so lightweight she needs giant lead boots to keep her from floating away.
5. The fact that she is being desperately shielded from the media shows her lack of knowledge about most things, the paucity of her intellect, and her lack of maturity.
6. I am appalled by the way she carries her unfortunate Downes Syndrome child around like a stage prop.
The real problem I see is that Americans, when it come to the crunch, won’t elect a person of colour so McCain will win. McCain, given the pressures of office, may well drop off the vine. The result?
Sarah Palin, whose achievements include the ability to shoot and field dress a moose, will become President and sit in the White House displaying her ignorance and shallowness while she is manipulated by nasty Neocons, greedy lobbyists from Big Business, artful prelates from religious institutions, etc. It is a scenario that is too horrific to contemplate.
She will make George W. look like Abraham Lincoln!
HELP!
P.S. Perhaps we on Dangerous Creation could all contribute to a rocket fund, one that eventually would allow us to go to another galaxy before it’s too late.

Regarding Palin? Please, guys, you gotta be jealous on her. The woman is Gorgeous. Smart. Woman. Mother of… 6,7 ? huh.. WOW. something like PERFECT STEPFORD WIVES.
And gotta give it to her, she is just what we need: the woman got BALLS. Just see the hunting (when does she have the time) she does and the background of her “performance” until now.. Imagine what she can do later.

American politics is soo bludy interesting, even from here in the UK. i mean, in the national conventions thousands of people turn up like its some sort of concert with their biggest star.
Here people just about manage to tick the box, and send it in the post.
I really hope obama wins, not only for what he standd for, but mcCain obv wants blood, and for america, its tym for a president of colour.
But as you say, i dont see him winning either, and secretly, i think mcCain is having an affair with palin.
Why else would he choose such a bimbo?

McCain becoming Predisdent is scary enough, but Palin taking over is the stuff of nightmares. She is so out of her depoth it is frightening. I hope that when she has the VP debate with next week, she will get torn apart so badly that she will damage McCain beyond doubt.
Also, i over the way McCain shoehorns the fact that he is a war veteren into everything. Didn’t he get shot down and spend 5 years in a POW camp? Hardly Dan Dare.

Lucy, Palin standing for V.P. says everything about American politics and even more about many American people.
McCain during the debate was arrogant and snide beyond belief but then Obama was hardly convincing either.

Palin is a new version of Katherine Harris, the Cruella DeVile in charge of the Florida vote theft of 2000. Too true, that Palin will make GW look like Abraham Lincoln! Obama/ Biden, help us all. And I do mean all. I forget sometimes you are all not in America! It is not just the American vaccum I live in, but the whole world is on for the ride. New discoveries are made every day in the possibilities of life and trael in outer space. I keep an open mind. Then I think – let these warring “Mars” types go live in some bubble and let those who love this Earth, keep her and nurture her back to health. Have wind, solar and water farms to non-pollutingly supply all of our energy needs. Get back to working a max of 2hrs a day. Enough with these evil war monger types.
That Palin is horrid. The stuff of nightmares. The kind of hunting she promotes is despicable. She is not a hunter, she is a killer. As Governor she made bounty rewards for killing wolves, offering $150 per wolf’s right leg. Altering the natural cycle of predators and prey. The master plan is to clear the animals out of the way, making it fun and profitable for sociopathic killers as well as remove all obstacles to drilling and polluting one of the last pristine places on our Earth. For the profit of the very few.
